1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okayplayph website, mobile app, or any associated service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and OTP verification codes. okayplayph will never contact you to request your password or OTP through any channel, including email, SMS, or social media.

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact okayplayph support immediately at [email protected]. You must not share your account or allow another person to use your account under any circumstances.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Enable OTP login for an additional layer of security on your account.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support as soon as possible.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on okayplayph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted funding methods include Philippine bank transfers, mobile banking, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The use of credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any currency other than PHP is not supported for gaming transactions on this platform.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the procedures of the relevant financial institution.

5 Gameplay Rules and Betting

All slot games on the okayplayph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every spin outcome is independent and random — prior results have no influence on future results. Sports betting odds are set by the platform's odds providers and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement.

Bets are final once confirmed. okayplayph does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system. In-play sports bets are subject to the odds available at the exact moment of confirmation — latency or connection issues on the player's end do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

okayplayph does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Promotional offers may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at the platform's discretion. Abuse of bonus or promotional systems — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers — will result in forfeiture of all related funds and may lead to permanent account suspension.

9 Limitation of Liability

okayplayph provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond okayplayph's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okayplayph's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by the user into their account in the 30 days preceding the claim. okayplayph is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or gaming winnings, arising from platform downtime or technical faults.

10 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the okayplayph platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
